Designing the equipment and manufacturing it are the same responsibility here. Nothing is handed over a wall.
When the designer and the manufacturer are different companies, every tolerance question becomes a commercial one. Doing both means a design decision can be revisited on the shop floor without a change order, and the person who calculated the structure sees how it welds.
Equipment is pre-assembled and tested at the works before delivery, which moves the discovery of problems to a place where fixing them is cheap.
Inside the scope
EAF parts & water-cooled elements
Furnace vessels from 10 t to 200 t, roofs, water-cooled panels and copper plates, delta panels, fume elbows and off-gas ducting.
Ladles, tundishes & scrap buckets
Steel ladles from 20 t to 380 t to ASME structural design with full NDT weld control, plus tundishes, scrap buckets and buggies.
Aluminium equipment
Melting furnaces, ingot dryers, decoating lines, skimming machines, charging machines and dross processing lines.
Steel structures
Platforms, pipe racks, crane runways and plant steelwork, detailed to fabrication drawings.
Where we have done it
Ladle furnaces from 30 t to 300 t engineered and manufactured in-house, including a 300 t LF commissioned by ARINA I&E Solutions. EAF vessels in AC and DC configurations with EBT and hydraulic tilting. Transfer cars up to 300 t of steel plus vessel, with integrated weighing feeding the Level 2 heat model. All products pre-assembled and tested before delivery.
