The parts that decide whether the plant runs

A furnace stops for want of a single component. We supply the critical items, including the ones whose drawings disappeared years ago.

Capital spares are an availability problem disguised as a purchasing one. The parts are expensive to hold, expensive not to hold, and often available only from a supplier with no incentive to be quick.

Coming from engineering rather than trading changes what we can offer. A worn component can be measured, redesigned and improved where it was failing, instead of being replaced with an identical copy of a part that never lasted long enough.

// What this covers

Inside the scope

01

EAF spares

Vessels and refractory-lined bottoms, roofs, water-cooled copper plates, high-speed panels, door frames, EBT slide plates, electrode mast guide columns and forged contact pads.

02

LF spares

Roof, electrode mast and arm assemblies, hydraulic lifting systems, alloy addition and weighing components, and porous plug systems.

03

CCM spares

Mould copper plates, foot rolls, oscillation tables, strand guide segments, dummy bars and tundish components.

04

Fume extraction & material handling

Ducting, dedusting components, conveying and dosing equipment, and crane and charging system parts.

05

Refractories

Working and safety lining specification for ladles, tundishes and furnace vessels.

06

Scrap yard

Electromagnetic grapples, scrap grabs with teeth and hydraulic seals, trolley reducers and limit switches, and tramp-metal separators.

Is this the piece you are missing?

Send us the plant, the constraint and the timeline. You will get an engineer's answer, not a brochure.
