Keep the plant supplied on your own terms

When a critical part is only available from the original supplier, at their price and their lead time, the plant is not really yours to run.

Most operating plants carry equipment from several generations and several makers. Some of it is no longer supported. Some of it never came with usable drawings. When one of those items fails, the choice is usually a long wait, a high price, or both.

Because we design and manufacture this equipment ourselves, we can work from a worn part, a scan or an old sketch and produce something that fits and performs. That is a different proposition from a trading company sourcing a lookalike.

// What this covers

Inside the scope

01

Reverse engineering

Measurement, 3D scanning and full redesign of parts whose drawings are lost, including the calculations to prove the replacement.

02

Multibrand supply

Parts and technical support for equipment from any maker, without being tied to a single OEM catalogue.

03

Capital spares

The critical items whose failure stops production, held or made to a specification we can defend.

Where we have done it

Reverse engineering of EAF vessels and refractory-lined bottoms. Water-cooled copper plates for the furnace body, high-speed panels and EAF door frames. Forged copper contact pads, sliding EBT front plates, electrode mast guide columns, gantry slewing bearings and roof lifting systems. Scrap yard equipment including electromagnetic grapples, scrap grabs and tramp-metal separators.
